Hot-water (hydronic) systems heat by pumping warm water through baseboard, radiators, or radiant loops. When a zone goes cold or the boiler won’t hold pressure, the cause is usually in the pump, the controls, or the expansion tank. We connect you with a licensed tech who can chase it down.
With hot-water heat, a single dead zone often points to a circulator or zone valve, while system-wide pressure loss points to the expansion tank or a leak. These are diagnosable problems, a tech with a gauge and a plan can isolate the zone or component quickly.

Questions
On a zoned hot-water system that usually means a stuck zone valve, a failed circulator for that zone, or trapped air in that loop. A tech can isolate which one quickly.
It can be. A waterlogged expansion tank, a weeping relief valve, or a small leak all drop pressure. It’s worth diagnosing before it leaves you without heat.
